Clinical notes and transcripts are stored in our database; the consult audio is never stored — it's transcribed and then discarded. Our infrastructure is currently hosted offshore and we are migrating to a Sydney (Australian) region. Transcription and note generation are performed by vetted United States providers (AssemblyAI and Anthropic) under data-processing agreements. See our Privacy and Security pages for the detail.
Yes. Australian recording laws vary by state, and several require every party's consent. Best practice — and our recommendation — is to obtain the owner's express consent at the start of every consult. Your clinic is responsible for obtaining it; an in-app consent prompt is on the way.
Every note is an AI-drafted first draft that you review, edit and sign. You remain the clinician of record and are responsible for the medical record and clinical decisions. On top of that, a separate AI pass runs an independent safety and accuracy review of each draft and flags anything worth a second look.
Not yet. Today you copy the finished note into your clinical record. Direct integrations with practice-management systems are on our roadmap.
It is sent for transcription and then discarded — we never keep the audio file. Only the text transcript and the note are stored, under your configurable retention setting, after which they are automatically purged.

Yes. Notes are produced in your clinic's own templates and house style, and the tool learns your phrasing and structure as you edit — so its drafts get closer to how you write over time.
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, all traffic is encrypted in transit, each clinic's data is strictly isolated from every other clinic, and every record carries a full audit trail. See the Security page.
